As Chairman of the Board since 2012, Mitchell has guided the bank—formerly known as Victory Savings Bank—through a period of dynamic growth, modernization, and renewed purpose.

Dominik Mjartan

Vice-Chairman

Dominik Mjartan leads American Bancorp and its subsidiary American Pride Bank as CEO. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Optus Bank and Optus Financial Corporation. He previously served as President and CEO of Optus from 2017 until August 2024. Under his leadership, Optus Bank transformed from a troubled bank to a high-performing, innovative, digital, mission-driven bank.

Darrell Campbell

Darrell Campbell is a seasoned government relations strategist and public affairs consultant with over 26 years of experience advocating on behalf of businesses and industries across federal, state, and local levels in South Carolina. As the Founder and Principal of Campbell Consulting Group, a bipartisan governmental affairs firm, Darrell has built a distinguished reputation for navigating complex policy landscapes and advancing client priorities through strategic engagement and coalition building.

Reginald Webber

Reginald Webber serves as Director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Credit Officer of Optus Bank, one of the nation's mission-driven financial institutions and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). In this capacity, Reggie is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the bank’s credit risk management functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, sound underwriting principles, and the institution’s mission of expanding access to capital in underserved communities.
